We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive content creation and campaign execution across leading platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels. This role will focus on translating complex business and product topics into engaging digital storytelling, while supporting multimedia production and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Drive the creation and execution of dynamic, social-first campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. Simplify complex business, product, and technical concepts into clear, compelling briefs and storytelling approaches. Contribute to multimedia production efforts, including scriptwriting, coordinating shoots, providing editing support, publishing, and assisting with post-production when needed. Collaborate with agencies, internal partners, and cross-functional teams to oversee content development and ensure timely delivery. Track performance and audience insights through analytics and social listening tools to refine engagement and expand reach. Support website optimisation initiatives by applying SEO best practices, along with emerging AEO and GEO principles, to enhance visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms. Stay informed on evolving social trends, digital storytelling formats, and new content opportunities. Assist with content shoots, activations, and campaign rollouts across social, corporate, and internal communication channels when required. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field. Preferably at least 1 year of experience in marketing or social media content creation. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience from news publications or social media agencies will also be considered. Background in communications, content marketing, journalism, social media, public relations, or related fields gained through internships, freelance projects, student leadership, agency work, or full-time roles. Strong skills in writing, storytelling, and content development across digital, editorial, and social formats. Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, or similar digital solutions. Comfortable leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance content creation, coordination, and workflow efficiency.
