Testing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up 1kV, 25kV, and 230kV testing environments. Perform high-voltage power cable jointing, cable preparation, and cable shaving. Carry out Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) and telecommunication cable jointing. Ensure all testing equipment and installations comply with technical specifications. Assist Professional Engineers during testing and commissioning works. Inspect work areas and identify potential safety hazards before testing. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate work records and testing documentation. Work effectively with engineers, supervisors, and project teams. Requirements Relevant experience in High Voltage cable jointing and testing. Knowledge of 1kV, 25kV, and 230kV testing environments. Experience in OFC and telecommunication cable jointing. Skilled in power cable shaving and cable preparation. Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements. Preferred Qualifications ITE Certificate in Fibre Optics. ITE Certificate in Electrical Maintenance (Beginner). Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical power systems.
