Specification Manager

Basic + Performance Bonus + Transport Allowance + Incentives 5 days work week Cohesive environment & culture Responsibilities: Build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and government authorities to secure product specifications and approvals during the design stage. Track project pipelines and follow up to convert specifications into confirmed projects. Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, market activities, and new business opportunities. Support marketing and sales activities by organizing seminars, participating in trade shows, and promoting company products and brand. Conduct market research to identify business growth opportunities and support expansion strategies. Work with the R&D team to provide market insights, customer needs, and industry trends for new product development and pricing strategies. Monitor competitors' products, market share, strengths, and weaknesses, and recommend strategies to improve competitiveness. Achieve assigned project specification targets and business objectives. Requirements: Min Diploma in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related field. Experience in product or system specification within the construction or building industry. Well versed in construction practices, building regulations, and design standards in Southeast Asia. Extensive network with architects, consultants, developers, and other construction industry professionals. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel for meetings, project visits, and business development. Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
