Logistics Manager

Job Description: Supply Chain & Material Management: Coordinate the timely delivery, storage, and distribution of building materials and technical equipment. Site Coordination: Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to prevent site congestion and optimize on-site traffic flows. Fleet & Heavy Equipment: Manage the deployment, maintenance, and allocation of heavy construction machinery and transport vehicles. Safety & Compliance: Enforce local workplace safety regulations and develop site security protocols. Inventory & Procurement: Implement inventory control measures for materials entering and leaving the site. Key Requirements Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 5+ years of operational or supply chain experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in heavy equipment or construction sites. Skills: Strong contract negotiation, risk management, and IT literacy. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
