About the company Our client is a leading player in a complex, project-driven industry with significant operations in Singapore and the region. The role This is a senior in-house legal role supporting the business on a broad range of commercial, operational and strategic matters. The role will suit a seasoned lawyer who is comfortable handling complex contracting, disputes, major projects and cross-border business issues across EPC, construction, offshore and maritime-related work. Key responsibilities Lead legal support on major commercial, EPC, construction, procurement and maritime-related contracts Advise on legal issues arising from business operations, high-value projects and strategic initiatives Oversee disputes, claims, litigation and external counsel management Support corporate, restructuring, JV and other business-driven matters Strengthen legal frameworks, templates, governance processes and internal risk management Provide practical advice on compliance, regulatory and cross-border legal issues relevant to the business Requirements At least 15 years’ PQE Trained in a reputable law firm and/or gained substantial in-house experience Strong experience in EPC, construction, offshore, marine, shipping or other project-driven industries Proven background in commercial contracts, disputes and strategic legal support Comfortable operating in a complex, stakeholder-heavy and fast-moving business Commercially minded, pragmatic and able to work with senior management across functions How to Apply Interested applicants do reach out via email to claire@2nats.com and please quote CL-OC-20 (do not only apply through this job portal, TQ!)
