Customer Service Officer

Receiving visitors warmly at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them appropriately. Must be able to cleary understand and explain the available promotions which are suitable to customer's requirements. Answering incoming phone calls, make appointment for customers and answer queries professionally. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred. Experience handling multiple phonelines. Professional attitude and neat appearance. Strong customer service skills and must be able to handle customer's complain. Effective interpersonal skills, friendly with positive mindset. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Able to commit to work on weekends and public holidays. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
