Site Supervisor (Semiconductor Installation Projects)

About Us Neo Sting Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based engineering company specializing in semiconductor installation and engineering services. We support semiconductor manufacturing facilities with equipment installation, utility hook-up, project coordination, and site management services. We are seeking an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities for semiconductor installation projects and ensure that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities for semiconductor installation and engineering projects. Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients on site matters. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies. Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues and risks. Prepare daily site reports, manpower records, and progress updates. Manage and supervise site workers and subcontractors. Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements effectively. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe working environment. Assist in material coordination, delivery scheduling, and project documentation. Requirements Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction, engineering, or semiconductor projects. Experience in semiconductor equipment installation, cleanroom environments, or engineering projects will be an advantage. Good understanding of site safety requirements and project coordination. Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities. Willing to work at project sites across Singapore as required. Proficient in English. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management, employees, and business partners. Preferred Qualifications Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., WSQ Workplace Safety & Health). Experience working in semiconductor fabs or cleanroom environments. Familiarity with installation of semiconductor equipment, piping, gas systems, or utility systems.
