Software Development Manager (Scrum, Jira, Appian, Hp-Alm, Siebel CRM, Azure DevOps, Healthcare / Scm)

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the QA team to ensure timely delivery of testing activities. Define test strategies, test plans, and effort estimates for project deliverables. Review business and functional requirements to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Design, execute, and oversee functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing. Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple applications and integrated systems. Monitor testing progress, track defects, and provide regular quality status updates to project stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration between development, business, and support teams during testing and release cycles. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning. Prepare release-related documentation, including test reports, deployment readiness checklists, and post-release validation reports. Provide production support by investigating issues, validating fixes, and assisting with incident resolution. Mentor junior QA engineers by conducting knowledge-sharing sessions and reviewing testing deliverables. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, testing standards, and best practices. Participate in risk assessment and recommend quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Management. Healthcare or Supply Chain Managment domain experience is preferred. Hands-on experience with Appian platform testing and enterprise business applications. Hands-on experience in Siebel CRM Hands-on experience leading QA teams in enterprise software projects. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with active participation in sprint-based development. Strong expertise in manual testing, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, and release validation. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps. Experience testing web services using SOAP UI or similar API testing tools. Working knowledge of SQL. Basic understanding of Selenium or other test automation tools is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams. Scrum Master certification or Agile-related certification is preferred.
