Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and operational stability. Monitor application and infrastructure health using Splunk, Geneos, Zabbix, and other monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. Investigate and resolve production incidents through log analysis, SQL troubleshooting, and Linux/Unix diagnostics while meeting SLA commitments. Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and implement preventive solutions to improve system reliability. Execute application deployments, release activities, configuration changes, and post-deployment validations across multiple environments. Support and maintain batch processing workflows using Control-M and Automic, ensuring successful job execution. Develop and maintain Shell/Bash scripts to automate operational and deployment tasks. Analyze and troubleshoot application, middleware, and database issues using Java, SQL, Oracle, and MySQL. Support Linux (RHEL) environments, including server operations, log analysis, and environment maintenance. Monitor APIs, application logs, and Log Analytics dashboards to ensure optimal system performance and observability. Manage secure file transfer processes using FTP and SFTP and troubleshoot integration-related issues. Perform SSL certificate renewals and support secure production environments. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth production operations and successful releases. Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles. Participate in on-call support, production maintenance, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Requirements 8+ years of experience in Application Production Support or Application Reliability Engineering. Hands-on experience in supporting applications within Healthcare domains. Strong hands-on experience with Java Development, Application support, and code analysis. Good experience working in Linux, and RHEL environments. Strong expertise in SQL, including troubleshooting, performance analysis, and data validation. Experience working with Oracle and MySQL databases. Hands-on experience with Splunk, Geneos, and Zabbix for application monitoring and observability. Experience supporting production deployments and release management activities. Hands-on experience in Control-M batch scheduling and exposure to Automic. Experience with Git, Azure, and Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of Shell scripting and Bash scripting. Experience managing FTP and SFTP file transfers. Good understanding of application monitoring, observability, and Log Analytics. Experience with SSL certificate management and production environment maintenance. Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.
