Job Summary Support daily courier operations by coordinating deliveries, managing operational documentation, and ensuring timely, safe logistics processes. Drive company vehicles as needed to meet operational demands. Responsibilities Coordinate daily courier deliveries with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient route planning and execution Monitor delivery schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion of all deliveries Communicate with customers to provide delivery status updates, arrange collections, and address service inquiries Manage urgent, same-day, and special delivery requests to meet customer needs promptly Prepare and maintain accurate delivery records, reports, and operational documentation for audit and review Enforce compliance with company SOPs, workplace safety standards, and customer service policies Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to management Assist in sorting parcels to facilitate smooth delivery operations Perform administrative tasks related to courier operations to support overall efficiency Provide operational support during after-hours or weekend shifts as required Carry out additional duties assigned by management to support business needs Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Mandatory) Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification At least 1 year of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, warehouse, or operations support preferred Good knowledge of Singapore roads and delivery routes Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to communicate effectively in English to ensure clear coordination and customer interaction Physically fit and willing to assist in operational tasks Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Good interpersonal skills and a positive customer service attitude to enhance customer experience Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Other Information Working Hours 5.5-day work week or as per company operational requirements Overtime may be required during peak periods Salary & Benefits Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience Performance incentives where applicable Annual leave and medical leave Training and career development opportunities Friendly and supportive working environment Preferred Attributes Responsible and dependable work ethic Good time management skills to meet deadlines Ability to multitask effectively in dynamic settings Team player with a positive working attitude Willingness to work beyond normal office hours when operational demands require Ability to respond quickly to operational emergencies
