The Opportunity We are actively seeking compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Freelance Special Needs Educators to join our growing network. This is a unique opportunity to work flexibly, set your own schedule, and provide invaluable personalized teaching to students with diverse learning needs in their own homes. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized, one-on-one teaching to special needs students in their homes across Singapore. Develop and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths and needs. Utilize engaging and effective teaching methodologies to address various learning styles. Regularly assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt strategies as required. Communicate effectively and professionally with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs. Maintain accurate records of teaching sessions and student development. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 2 years of direct teaching experience with students with special needs. Relevant qualifications in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Proven ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and families. Empathy, patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual home learning environments.
