Centre Leader (Childcare)

Job Responsibilities Provide mentorship and guidance to teaching and support staff Foster positive teamwork and collaboration among team members Lead and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day centre operations Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, health, and safety regulations at all times Build and maintain positive partnerships with parents and stakeholders. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) Diploma in Preschool Education Leadership (DPL) At least 3 years of experience as a Childcare Centre Leader Proven experience in managing administrative and operational functions in a preschool setting Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people-management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsGood command of spoken and written English Work Location Marine Drive
