Role Overview We are looking for a driven,relationship-focused, and results-oriented Account Executive to drive the commercial growth of our brands across Singapore’s dynamic retail landscape. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our brand and major retail partners, managing day-to-day key account operations, implementing commercial promotions, and maximizing our on-shelf visibility to drive sales volume. Key Responsibilities 1. Account & Relationship Management · Manage and grow assigned retail accounts across Modern Trade (e.g.,FairPrice, DFI Retail Group, Sheng Siong, Prime) and/or General Trade channels. · Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with retail category buyers and store managers to secure prime shelf space and joint business opportunities. · Act as the primary point of contact to resolve operational issues, handle pricing updates, and process listing new product innovations. 2. 3rd-Party& Operations Coordination · Coordinate closely with third-party logistics (3PL)providers and warehousing partners to ensure timely, accurate stock fulfillment and smooth delivery schedules to retail DCs (Distribution Centers)and stores. · Manage third-party merchandising agencies or external promoters to ensure consistent in-store execution, execution of planograms, and high compliance standards during major promotional campaigns. · Liaise with external vendors (design agencies,printers, and cross-border partners) to ensure point-of-sale materials (POSM)and marketing collaterals are delivered on schedule and comply with Singaporefood labeling and retail compliance standards. 3. Sales& Promotion Execution · Plan, negotiate, and execute effective trademarketing campaigns and consumer promotion calendars aligned with sales targets. · Manage the allocated A&P (Advertising & Promotion)budget efficiently for your accounts, ensuring optimal return on investment(ROI). · Coordinate seamlessly with internal Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure successful new product launches. 4.In-Store Visual Excellence & Inventory Tracking · Monitor account inventory levels, sales-out data, and stock replenishment pipelines regularly to preempt out-of-stocksituations and manage aging stock risks. · Ensure 100% on-shelf availability, proper stock rotation (FIFO), and dominant share-of-shelf display visibility. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting · Analyze sales performance data, competitive movements, and market trends to identify gaps and growth opportunities. · Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasting updates to management.
