The ideal candidate possesses a strong engineering foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage the entire project lifecycle—from the initial technical proposal to successful on-site implementation. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the high-tech electronics and systems sectors. Solution Consulting: Understand client pain points and translate them into technical requirements. Propose tailored solutions involving AI, IoT, and automated systems. End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of projects from the initial proposal phase through to technical implementation and final handover. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients, internal R&D/engineering teams, and external partners. Technical Presentations: Conduct professional demonstrations and technical presentations to C-level executives and technical leads. Market Intelligence: Leverage logical analysis to evaluate market trends and competitor technologies, providing feedback to the product development team. Requirements Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field); a Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred. Technical Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project participation or technical development. Familiarity with the application development of Electronics, Software, or AI systems is essential. Logical Prowess: Excellent analytical and logical judgment skills regarding the application of technology in industrial or commercial settings. Communication Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners. Soft Skills: A proactive "hunter" mindset for sales, combined with the patience and precision of an engineer.
