Site Security Personnel

Key Responsibilities Monitor and control the entry and exit of workers, visitors, and vehicles at the construction site. Verify workers' identity and ensure only authorised personnel are allowed to enter the site. Register visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles in the site logbook. Conduct routine patrols around the site to ensure site security and safety. Report any suspicious activities, safety concerns, or security incidents to the Site Supervisor immediately. Assist in directing visitors and delivery vehicles to the appropriate locations. Ensure site gates are secured during non-working hours where applicable. Maintain daily attendance and visitor records accurately. Assist the Site Supervisor with general site administration and coordination when required. Follow all company policies, site rules, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements. Perform any other duties assigned by Project Manager or the Site Supervisor. Job Requirements Primary or Secondary School education preferred. Previous experience in construction, security, or site operations is an advantage but not essential. Responsible, reliable, and attentive to detail. Good observation and reporting skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to work according to the project schedule, including weekends or public holidays if required.
