System Analyst

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to bridge business and technology by analysing requirements, designing system solutions, and supporting end-to-end project delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to deliver scalable, reliable applications while ensuring solutions meet business needs. Responsibilities Gather and analyse business and system requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Design and support scalable system solutions and enhancements. Work closely with developers, business users, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate system integration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test plans. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where required. Support project delivery from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Requirements 6–8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT delivery role. Experience managing the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hands-on technical experience with: Java JavaScript Angular SQL Object-oriented programming and web application development Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience working with system integrations and enterprise applications. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience within government or large enterprise environments is advantageous. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certifications are a plus. Candidates with strong technical experience may also be considered regardless of academic background. Contract: 12 months (highly extendable)
