Service Technician Executives x 3 Listed Company in Healthcare Good Benefits Location : Bendemeer , Downtown Line ,Kallang Bahru & Boon Keng MRT station Job Overview Provide service activities for medical equipment in healthcare environments, based at customer sites. Serve as a primary field contact for technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective case resolution. Training provided- OJT for 1st Month Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment, and replacement parts. Handle installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to standard operating protocols. Implement Field Corrective Actions as required. Manage administrative work associated with service delivery. Address customer complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance. Meet key KPIs assigned to you individually and as part of the Service department. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers through teamwork. Share knowledge and provide advice to clients, their staff, and end-users on the proper operation and usage of the equipment. Maintain a hard-working, independent, hands-on, customer-oriented approach with a good attitude. Demonstrate strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Perform all other duties assigned by management. Job Requirements Minimum Requirements ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 3 years’ working experience in field service for industrial or technical equipment. Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a major plus. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines. Strong team player with a proactive, independent, and customer-oriented mindset. Fluent in both verbal and written English. Environmental Work Conditions Field-based position: Requires frequent presence in the hospital sector, demanding strict adherence to hospital infection control and safety policies. Physical requirements: Tasks include handling, lifting, and the replacement of equipment parts Hours & Travel: May work extended hours during peak business cycles. Occasional travel is required.
