KeyResponsibilities Manage and support firewalls, IDS/IPS, and network security tools Lead incident response, triage, and troubleshooting Ensure network performance, security, and service stability Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders Maintain governance, documentation, and reporting Requirements: 8+ years in Network Operations (Banking/Finance preferred) Strong hands-on experience with Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto / Cisco Firepower Solid knowledge of NAT, VPNs, IDS/IPS, routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs) Expertise in incident management and network troubleshooting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
