Resolving any issues or complaints by customers Ensuring highest level of customer service Working closely with the higher management and service crew Ensuring good food quality Handle other administrative duties such as stock taking and ordering, handling cashier Able to communicate and disseminate information well Maintain a clean, hygienic environment in all dining and food preparation areas Requirements At least 3 years of experience working in restaurant Must be able to accept non-airconditioned environment Must be willing to work during weekends or public holiday
