Procurement Executive

Responsibilities : Responsible for the effective management and control of all procurement activities. Develop and implement procurement strategies. Ensure overall quality & quantity management of stock, cost, product ranges, stock rotation, turnover, regulatory & compliances. Work with different department to do demand planning and ordering of inventory for various brands and to ensure cashflow is in-line with project through timely. Evaluate and negotiate contract terms on pricing and product quality. Conduct verification and match delivery order, purchase order and other documentation for finance processing. Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management. Minimum 2 years of purchasing experiences, preferably in the retail industry. Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of vendor sourcing practices. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
