Supply Chain Manager

Our client, an UK MNClocated in Orchard Area is looking for outstanding candidates to fill theposition of Supply Chain Manager (Permanent position, Salary : S$80K to S$120KPA, with benefits, such as Bonus, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, etc). General Summary To support AsPac with order fulfillment, sourcing,planning, ERP system and 3rd party tolling,warehousing & logistics servicesfor the AsPac region. This positionmust demonstrate proven skills in managing internaland external relationships for results, have a solid acumen for Supply Chainand business/performancemanagement, and demonstrate extensive experience runningan end to end supplychain for one or more accounts. Strongverbal and writtencommunication skills and analytical thinking are also necessary to have rightlevel of impactand influence. Responsible for the sourcing,demand and inventoryplanning and vendor management to ensure optimised inventory and efficientsupply chain processesto support AsPac markets throughexcellent vendor management to meet the defined KPIs and targets An importantmember of the supply chain team and be responsible for monitoring and updating the AXmaster data relevantfor toll manufacturing master planning toensure optimal inventory and seamless supply to end customers. Responsibilities : 1. Monitor / identify the transactions (purchase orders, requisitions etc.)to ensure that the systemis kept clean from invalidtransactions in the flow to avoiderrors in the demand for the suppliers 2. Lead global S&OP:adhere to the schedule of the forecastcollection and upload,generate required reportsand analysis 3. Manage the regional(ex China) inventories of materials/finish goods:plans, monitors and controls all stock levels in the flow ensuringan optimal inventory level by reviewing back orders, stock holding, excess,SLOB stocks to ensure zero write off and month end closing.Conduct physical stock count within AsPac warehouses and complyto the internal and externalaudit processes 4. Develop own and the team expertise in designated focus area of supply chainmanagement, participating activelyto the supply chain group objectives and tasks, developing knowledge andsupporting continuous improvement projects in AsPac 5. Work closelywith the local teams, distribution vendor and international supply chain to ensure that stock replenishment is timely and optimum to supportthe demand targets 6. Monitor incoming shipmentsto ensure timelydelivery and keep the countrylocal team and vendor updatedon incoming shipmentsand stock availability 7. Support AsPac sourcing, procurement, supplier vendor screening activities in accordance to SOX and company policy 8. Support customer servicesorder fulfillment day to day execution work 9. Establish key performance indicators, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals 10. Identify and managerisk within the supply chain. Address tacticaland strategic supply chain issues 11. Be a subjectmatter expert and key super user for AsPac supply chain AX/SAP modules 12. Liaise closely with shipping companies to ensure betterfreight management withinAsPAC. 13. Provide supply chain activities supportto FS, Marine, Oilfield and Personal Care. Requirements: 1. 5 years’experience in Supply Chain Management (plus diploma or degree), with proven accomplishments in customer service,distribution & logisticsand managing inventory. Good understanding of 3PL. 2. A proventrack record for improving order fulfillment productivity and revenue opportunities across all stages of the orders. 3. Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking by abidinglocal legislation/regulatory and compliance to company policy. 4. Comfortable workingunder pressure and successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. 5. Strong understanding of an end to end Supply Chain and the value / costdrivers that Supply Chain can drive. 6. Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and/orSAP would be an advantage. 7. Strong communication skills, both writtenand verbal (including presentation skills). 8. Effective cross-functional collaboration and abilityto work independently through a complex businessissue. 9. Experienced in prioritizing and focusing to deliver value withinconstrained resources. 10. Data-oriented, analytical and detail oriented, yet balanced withan ability to be able to step back from the data to draw out the right businessconclusions.
