Job Description: The selected candidate will report directly to head of Commercial Sales. The following are the Job Scope: 1. Source for new sales leads. 2. Follow up on sales leads. 3. Prepare proposal, presentations and quotations for projects. 4. Prepare and complete contracts. 5. Perform site recces and visits. 6. Build and maintain client relationships. 7. Liaise with finance team to ensure timely billing. 8. To undertake project management to ensure projects are delivered effectively. Requirements: 1. Dynamic and proactive in all assignments. 2. Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft office suite) 3. A strong team player. 4. Good knowledge of intelligent security system principles and practices. 5. Broad knowledge of technical infrastructure including networking and communication. 6. Good communication skills (writing & speaking). 7. Fast leaner. 8. Comfortable at public speaking/presenting to clients. 9. Class 3 license is preferred. 10. Being bi-lingual is preferred.
