Salesforce Consultant

Requirements Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with demonstrated experience in an Architect or Technical Lead capacity Strong expertise in Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, knowledge, entitlements) Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or comparable regulated-industry Salesforce implementations Proven expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and core platform architecture (security model, governor limits, sharing/visibility) Demonstrated experience designing and delivering system integrations (REST, middleware, identity/SSO provisioning) Track record of leading squads/teams to deliver projects on time and within scope Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex Salesforce programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect highly regarded Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms Experience with Salesforce Shield (encryption, event monitoring) Experience contributing to or building a Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), including governance playbooks and platform standards Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for Salesforce (SFDX, sandbox strategy, release management)
