About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and delivery-focused Recruitment Professional with strong experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment. The ideal candidate will behands-on, process-oriented, and experienced in working within fast-paced recruitment while delivering high-quality talent within SLA timelines. Key Responsibilities · Manage end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles across multiple business functions. · Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent databases. · Handle recruitment across diverse skill sets including corporate functions, legal, finance, risk etc. · Guiding and mentoring recruitment team for timely and efficient delivery. · Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding activities. · Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring requirements. · Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges. Skills & Experience Required · Strong understanding of Contract-to-Hire (C2H)hiring models and contingent workforce recruitment. · Ability to recruit across multiple domains. · Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills. · Excellent communication and coordination abilities. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail. · Understanding of MSP environment will be a plus
