8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Retail Banking or Financial Services. Strong experience in Payments, Transaction Banking, or Operational Processing platforms. Exposure to SWIFT messaging, payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement workflows. Experience in Retail Banking Loans and Lending products is good to have Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, business process mapping and gap analysis Experience supporting system migration, platform modernization, or workflow automation projects. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and release management. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
