Digital Project Manager (Digital Transformation Project)

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects, from planning and procurement through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational handover. Manage project governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, and executive reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee vendor performance, procurement activities, contract deliverables, and overall project quality. Facilitate Agile delivery, UAT, deployment planning, change management, and continuous process improvement. Ensure compliance with government standards and best practices for cybersecurity, cloud adoption, data protection, and operational resilience. Requirements 8–10 years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology or digital transformation projects. Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, system integrations, and cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, project governance, risk management, and release management. Experience delivering cloud, SaaS, system integration, data, AI, or digital modernization initiatives is an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or cloud certifications are advantageous.
