Junior Digital Advertising Specialist (Contract Role)

Our client is a leading global technology company specializing in digital advertising and marketing solutions. They are looking for a Digital Media Account Specialist to drive customer success by managing digital advertising campaigns, optimizing performance, and supporting business growth through data-driven strategies across multiple advertising channels. This is a fixed term contract role, ending on 3 May 2027. Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of advertiser accounts by implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and other media solutions. Develop account growth strategies in collaboration with cross-functional sales and marketing teams. Identify opportunities to increase campaign performance, customer investment, and product adoption through data-driven recommendations. Support new and existing clients with campaign onboarding, product training, and issue resolution. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and business outcomes. Partner with internal teams to improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements. Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices. Share successful strategies, case studies, and campaign learnings across internal teams. Requirements 2 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns and client accounts. Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Search, Display, and Video advertising. Knowledge of video advertising platforms, such as YouTube or other similar platforms is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide performance recommendations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience in campaign operations, pipeline management, and customer research.
