Logistics Operations Executive

Roles & Responsibilities Source and evaluate subcontractor fleet partners to support the company's transport and delivery operations Onboard new subcontractor fleets, ensuring documentation, vehicle suitability, and driver credentials meet company requirements Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractor fleet partners, handling day-to-day queries, job assignments, and issue resolution Coordinate vehicle and driver scheduling to meet delivery/operational timelines Monitor subcontractor fleet performance (timeliness, reliability, service quality) and escalate issues as needed Maintain accurate records of subcontractor engagements, job assignments, and costs Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance) to ensure smooth billing and settlement with subcontractor fleets Support ad-hoc logistics coordination tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Level, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates welcome to apply Good communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable liaising with external vendors/subcontractors Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Prior experience in logistics, transport, or fleet coordination is a plus but not required Class 3 driving licence an advantage (not compulsory)
