ADVOCACY & PARTNERSHIP | NOT-FOR-PROFIT CAPITAL MARKETS RELATED Our Client is an established professional membership organisation within the investment and capital markets industry is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join its leadership team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior industry practitioners, regulators, financial institutions, academia, and media stakeholders to drive professional development, industry engagement, and advocacy initiatives across the financial services ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about the investment industry, enjoys stakeholder engagement, and possesses strong programme management and communication capabilities. Develop and manage programs & events that support the professional growth and continuing education of members. Collaborate with industry practitioners, regulators, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to identify and address the evolving needs of the capital markets community. Lead the planning and execution of educational workshops, seminars, conferences, and industry engagement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, strategic partners, volunteers, and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to candidates pursuing globally recognised professional qualifications within the investment management industry. Monitor industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to ensure programmes remain relevant and impactful. Develop and execute media engagement and advocacy strategies, including cultivating relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and key media stakeholders. Contribute to the development and execution of the organisation's strategic initiatives and long-term objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) part or full qualification is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital markets or a related field. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
