Job Summary Warehouse Managers organize and oversee deliveries, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory, safe storage, and efficient distribution aligned with company standards. Responsibilities Managing the warehouse in line with the company’s standards Yearly or monthly stock count, the total quantity of paper in the system must matched with physical Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations Follow the audit standards requirement and preparing report for the audit purpose Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, manage warehouse job and action plans that meet company standards for productivity process. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities Motivating and disciplining staff Manage and organize raw materials stored in different warehouses. Required competencies and qualifications Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager 5+ years of warehouse management experience Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures Excellent data collection and analysis skills Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls Proficient computer skills Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Strong people skills Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and obtain necessary certifications if required Available to work extended hours Other Information Interested applicants, please send your updated resume to peiki.teo@papercraft.com.my
