Job Summary You will manage financial operations including e-invoice processing, audit support, and team supervision to ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Responsible for the e-invoice function and ensuring LHDN validation is completed accurately and on time Prepare complete supporting documents for management accounts submission to the Finance Manager Assist in interim and annual financial audits by preparing schedules, documents, and reconciliations Record and enter all financial data and transactions accurately into the accounting system Maintain organized filing of General Ledger, Journal Vouchers, Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices, and related financial documents Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management The role will also require supervisory skills, as it involves overseeing the team and ensuring proper daily coordination and control Maintain and control petty cash, request approvals, and update daily Forecast Payment and Bank Records for submission to HQ Prepare and issue Journal Vouchers, Balance Sheet Schedules, Consolidation Notes, and Exchange Difference Realized Reports Manage Accounts Payable processes and vendor relationships to ensure timely payments Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial records Support systems and module responsibilities related to financial operations Contribute to management reporting and banking/financial applications processes Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory submissions as required by law Required competencies and certifications Degree, Diploma, Certificate, or LCCI in accounting or equivalent 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry Ability to handle full set of accounts Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Other Information Interested applicants, please send your updated resume to alexia@papercraft.com.sg & peiki.teo@papercraft.com.my
