Retail Manager (Non-Aircon)

Our Client Hospitality / Retail Location Central We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of multiple customer service booths across assigned locations. Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of multiple stalls within your assigned area. Ensure stalls are properly staffed, operational, and maintained. Conduct regular site visits and provide on-site support to staff. Coordinate manpower deployment, shift scheduling and handle operational issues promptly. Monitor service quality and ensure SOPs are followed. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational matters. Prepare basic operational reports and updates. Requirements Minimum 2 years of supervisory or operations experience. Able to manage multiple sites and work independently. Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment and moving between stalls in the same area. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
