HR Assistant Manager (Retail)

Location: North-east Work arrangement: Onsite (Required to travel to different sites in Singapore) Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, operations, and blue-collar positions Process and renew work passes. Support monthly payroll processing and HR administration Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary and performance issues Work closely with managers to address manpower challenges and staff concerns Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Manage, guide and mentor a team of HR executives. Requirements Minimum 9 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail and/or F&B. Hands-on experience in mass recruitment and payroll operations Experience with team management is a plus.
