Operations Director

We are hiring an experienced Operations Director to lead and oversee the operations of a MNC. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading large teams (Up to 100 pax), improving service delivery, and ensuring business objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations and drive operational performance. Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements. Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Requirements Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. At least 15 years of operations experience, including 8 years in a senior leadership role. Strong business acumen with experience in operational transformation and optimization. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in logistics, cash management, security services, transportation, or other operationally intensive industries is highly preferred.
