Events Operation Executive

Job Opening: Events Executive Responsibilities: Assist in planning, managing, and executing all operational aspects of events. Collaborate with both external and internal vendors to meet the requirements of each event, including sourcing event spaces and managing logistics. Oversee the management of all on-site ground operations and daily activities, ensuring adherence to timelines. Maintain and manage client relationships before, during, and after events. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the successful execution of event programs. Requirements: Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR). Diploma or higher education level. Relevant experience or academic background in event operations. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team player. Independent and capable of working with minimal supervision. Perform well under stress and tight deadlines. Willingness to work overtime during the lead-up to events.
