Up to $6,500 Basic Salary + AWS + VB Nearest MRT: Orchard Job ID: 20341 Job Description: • Manage portfolio of existing leases • Handling of new lease, lease renewal, lease expiration, negotiation and follow-up with various lease documentations • Evaluate and analyze tenants’ business performance as well as assisting to supervise tenants’ mid-long term performance • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with tenants • Provide support on operational matters as required • Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and tenant mix so as to achieve optimal rental and full occupancy • Consistently supports superiors in driving and achieving departmental goals • Source/propose new brands for the mall • Exercise best negotiation with prospects • Guide junior team member’s on leasing matters • Preparation of monthly reports • Any other duties as may be designated by the company Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Business or Real Estate Management. • Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing role of a major shopping centre or retail agency or retail group. • Have a track record of concluding negotiation and leases with retailers. • Experience with luxury retailers. • Strong negotiation, communication and management skills. • Excellent organizational abilities with strong attention to details • Self-motivated, resourceful and capable of working in a team & independently in a face-paced environment.
