Industry: IT Services Location: Central Position: Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant (20193) Job Description: Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional specifications Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets, etc.) based on business requirements Design and document business processes, data flows, mapping tables, and integration requirements Collaborate with technical teams to support extensions, integrations, and customizations Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support UAT activities Troubleshoot system issues and provide post go live support Advise stakeholders on best practices, standard functionality, and process optimization Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and status reporting Job Requirements: Hands on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or project accounting processes Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured functional documentation Experience with integrations, APIs, or related systems (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM) Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Interested applicants please apply directly for further shortlisting review.
