Job ID: 20296 Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Location: Promenade Salary: up to $5,000 (Depending on experiences) Job Description Manage contracts depository Draft and/or review contracts, legal documents and correspondences Support in the negotiation of contracts and transactions Provide advice to stakeholders on risks and legal issues Monitoring and identifying legal issues as and when they arise and recommend course of action Support in dispute resolution and legal proceedings as and when they arise Provide training to stakeholders Support in the implementation of Personal Data Protection Act or equivalent in affiliates within the Asia region Coordinate and collaborate with external legal advisers and internal departments when the need arises Support in legal research Support ISO and ISCC related matters Support in compliance related matters and corporate governance matters Attend to any other ad-hoc administrative, legal and compliance matters Job Requirement Min 2 years of experience in corporate legal Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) / Diploma holder in legal studies or law and management (or equivalent) Attention to detail and meticulous Strong sense of responsibility and initiative Good understanding in Company Law, Contract Law and data privacy law Ability to conduct legal research Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good communication and interpersonal skills Good drafting and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Chinese language reading & speaking ability to understand contracts in Chinese and communicate with Chinese speaking clients Interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to Joanne (R21101135) Joanne@pasona.com.sg with the email subject header " Job Application for "20296, Legal Specialist".
