Company: Sales of Dental Equipment Location: Central Job role: Service Engineer/ Service Technician (20262) Training provided for entry level candidates Job Description: Coordinate with local / overseas dealers / customers; in the installation, technical and service requirement (Countries in South East Asia) Coordinate with dealers / customers; in issues of product complaint / feedback Support onsite / remotely to dealers / customers; in regard to IT related installation, technical and services Be responsible for spare parts inventory management Be responsible for providing technical training to dealers / customers Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands Specialized in Engineering – Electrical / Mechanical / IT or equivalent Job Requirements: Possess at least a ITE Certification / Diploma in Engineering Discipline Good IT and computer knowledge preferred Relevant working experience will be advantageous Excellent interpersonal / communication skills to interact / explain to doctors / specialists Training provided for entry level candidates Interested applicants please apply directly for further shortlisting review.
