Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager (Quality Assurance) (Job ID: 20291) Science Park Basic + AWS + VB Job Description: The Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance is responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO9001 standards. This role ensures product quality, supports manufacturing and development teams, manages customer complaints, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve QMS in line with ISO9001 Lead internal/external audits and ensure compliance Handle non-conformities and CAPA Manage customer complaints and reporting Drive continuous improvement (8D, PDCA etc.) Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D Support quality checks and process validation Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field Minimum 5 years QA experience ISO9001 experience Strong problem solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor, Chemical or advanced manufacturing experience Knowledge of semiconductor back-end processes (assembly, packaging, test) Experience in improvement projects Key Attributes Strong leadership and ownership mindset Ability to influence and drive change across departments Team player with high integrity and accountability Continuous improvement mindset We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
