Hydrographic Surveyor

Responsibilities: Perform land and engineering surveys required for the civil/marine engineering projects Monitoring and ensuring correctness of the survey data and measurement during the construction progress Work included preparation of survey drawings using AutoCAD and other design software from time to time Liaison with authorities/all contractual parties for projects requirements Preparation of internal reports, final reports and drawing source data. Processing of data ensuring a clear path from raw data to final deliverable. Project preparation and project close-out reports including actioning of engineering notes, ensuring effective data management and ensuring good communication with relevant Managers. Able to perform Line Marking, Pavement marking, Topographical Survey, Setting-out survey, Monitoring survey, As-Build survey, control point monitoring etc Provide tender support by processing and interpreting hydrographic survey data, performing quantity take-offs from raw survey datasets, preparing survey-based volume calculations, and assisting in the development of technical submissions, etc. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Hydrographic Surveying, Survey Engineering, or a related discipline Min 5 years of relevant working experience and familiar with using AutoCAD Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across multiple stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
