About this role
This role requires candidates with relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, design and build, or related project coordination work. Candidates must be familiar with site coordination, renovation workflow, and working with contractors or project teams. This is a full-time role with a flexible working arrangement. It is not a typical desk-bound 9–6 office role, and the successful candidate should be comfortable attending site visits, coordinating project matters, and following up on project progress when required. Key Responsibilities Review design drawings and provide technical input where required Coordinate between design, project, site teams, contractors, and clients Participate in project discussions, planning, and documentation Attend site visits when required, depending on project stage Update clients on site progress and project matters Monitor project timelines, site progress, and handover schedules Support project follow-up to ensure works are completed smoothly and on time Assist with resolving coordination issues during the project process Requirements Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Building, Construction, M&E, Project Management, or a related field Relevant industry experience in interior fit-out, renovation, construction, design and build, or related project coordination is required 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred Basic understanding of construction detailing, site coordination, and renovation workflow Familiarity with Singapore renovation or fit-out practices will be an advantage Able to read or review design drawings and understand project/site requirements Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence Willing to travel around Singapore for site visits and project coordination Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
