Quantity Surveyor

About the Role We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to join our construction project team. This role will cover the full spectrum of quantity surveying duties from pre-contract to post-contract, supporting landed residential, apartment, and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on QS experience in Singapore’s construction industry, with strong knowledge in cost estimation, tender preparation, progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Key Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, progress claims, and related documentation Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and cost reporting Review and handle variations, variation order claims, and final accounts Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure timely submission of reports, claims, and project documentation Support cost tracking and budget monitoring for landed residential, apartment, and commercial projects Work closely with the project team to ensure project requirements, timelines, and budgets are met Perform any other related duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in Singapore’s construction industry Experience in landed residential projects is required Exposure to apartment and/or commercial projects will be an advantage Strong understanding of cost estimation, tendering, progress claims, variations, and final accounts Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturday work is generally not required but may be requested during peak periods, such as urgent tender preparation or submission deadlines Interested candidates may submit their application.
