Based in Batam, Indonesia Remuneration: SGD$8,000 to SGD12,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus Accommodation provided Free Ferry provided to go to and back Singapore over weekends Must possess experience with Wärtsilä engine power plant Responsibilities: · Responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of power generation facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimal plant performance, and continuous improvement. · Oversee daily power plant operations to maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency. · Develop and improve operational procedures, systems, and processes. · Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, safety, and company standards. · Optimise plant asset performance, maintenance planning, and reliability. · Lead troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimise downtime. · Manage budgets, resources, and manpower effectively. · Lead, coach, and develop the power plant team to drive operational excellence. Requirement: Degree in Engineering or related At least 7 years of experience in Power Plant operations At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in Power Plant 0perations.
