Brand Ambassador/Customer Service (Automotive/No Exp)

Responsibilities As a Brand Ambassador , you will represent the brand professionally, support daily showroom operations, and help build meaningful customer connections. • Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment • Represent the brand professionally through communication and service • Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards • Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience • Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system • Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities • Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required • Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items • Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management • Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs Requirements • Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent) • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facing environment) No Experience welcome to apply • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Prior knowledge of the automotive industry , and familiarity with social media platforms and content creation would be advantageous Other Information Mon - Fri: 9.30am - 7.30pm Sat & Sun: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 1.00pm - 10pm (shift) 5 days work week - 2 days off on weekdays Working Location: Tampines 1 year renewable contract with full benefits + 1 month completion bonus + OT + incentive JOBID: JOB-00504 All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
