Our client is a reputable A1 main contractor renowned for delivering a wide range of standout projects, including mixed-use developments, residential complexes, commercial properties and MRT projects. There are multiple opportunities for tender or project Contracts Manager vacancies for the civil infrastructure team (LTA and non-LTA projects available). Job Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments. Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts. Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies. Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters. Maintain and update contract documentation and records.
