Senior TCM Physician, Perennial Living

Responsibilities: Lead and grow the TCM Practice, formulate strategy and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated holistic care. Assess patients' health conditions, develop individualized care plans and provide professional TCM consultation and treatments to patients, including acupuncture, herbal prescriptions and tuina therapy. Enhance TCM standards and work closely with Clinical Ops to manage the day-to-day operations TCM principles. Stay informed about the latest developments in TCM practices and research in China, Singapore and other relevant countries. Support clinic activities, including health talks and community outreach programs. Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirement. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (with Masters and PHD preferred) and registered with Singapore TCM Board. At least 10 years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual is essential to support effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
