Senior Physiotherapist / Physiotherapist

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments addressing mobility, balance, physical strength, range of motion, cardiopulmonary endurance etc. Deliver evidence-based interventions including mobility and balance retraining, therapeutic exercises to improve range of motion, strength, flexibility etc. Monitor and review clients’ progress regularly, adjusting interventions in response to outcomes and care goals. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional and organizational standards. Provide advice on the use of assistive devices such as walking aids etc. Conduct caregiver training. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care. Contribute to Inservice training, quality and service improvement initiatives. Supervise and conduct training to Therapy Aides (TAs) / new team members as required. Participate in research or audits where applicable. Oversees inventory management process. Any other duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma / Degree/ Master in Physiotherapy Registered with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) At least 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare related institutions Service-oriented and customer-focused Adaptable and proactive with the ability to work under pressure Passionate about learning and professional growth
