About this role

Salary: UP $3,300 per month Office Location: Central - Newton/Clarke Quay area (require field visit) Working Period: till end Dec (renewable based on business needs & performance) Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to respondents to administer surveys and collect accurate, complete, and timely data. Engage and encourage respondents to participate in surveys while maintaining a professional and courteous approach. Accurately record, compile, and update survey responses and related information in the system. Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure survey responses are complete, reliable, and aligned with project requirements. Build and maintain positive relationships with respondents throughout the survey period to enhance response rates and data quality. Follow established survey procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines during all interactions. Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including productivity, response rates, and data quality targets. Provide regular updates and progress reports to supervisors on assigned projects. Support ad-hoc project tasks and fieldwork activities when required.
