Contract & Salary Duration: 3-year contract Salary: up to $5,000 per month About the Role As an outdoor Instructor, you’ll go beyond teaching outdoor skills – you’ll inspire confidence, resilience, and leadership in young people. You’ll guide participants through transformative experiences in nature, helping them discover their strengths and build lifelong values. What You’ll Do Lead Adventure-Based Learning – Train and guide participants in outdoor survival skills Facilitate Growth – Deliver courses that encourage reflection, teamwork, and personal development. Ensure Safety – Maintain high safety standards while managing dynamic outdoor conditions. Be a Role Model – Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to youth development. What We’re Looking For Passion and Experience Enthusiastic about youth engagement and development Experience in youth development or participant instruction preferred Background in sports or outdoor activity Leadership and Adaptability Strong leadership and adaptability in dynamic environments Driven team player with initiative Communication and Teaching Ability Effective communicator with teaching ability Skills to facilitate group reflection and learning Situational Awareness and Safety Great situational and safety awareness for participant well-being Physical and Mental Resilience Able to handle extensive outdoor work Ready to take on the challenge?
